Building a new house and would like cellulose around outside walls on bottom and some on inside for soundproofing building is 80 x 40 with 10 ft divided in half by a center wall. half of building is my shop, other half is living quarters. shop is 40 x 40 with 14 feet walls. the roof is a 6/12 pitch and has a dividing wall that needs cellulose all way to top of roof. the living quarters is 40 x 40 and has 10 walls, there is a room added that is 21 x 19 with 9 foot walls ( 3 walls need cellulose 19 ft, 21 ft, 19 ft). the interior walls for soundproofing are 15 ft long x 10 ft high( 3 of them) My windows and doors are set to be installed by thanksgiving, would like to insulate the week after that.

I had a hot 2nd story house that was built in 1985. I cut an access door in ceiling to inspect the older insulation and come to find out......there is none. I need it sprayed as well as topping off the other two areas that originally had some.

~2000sqft house, 2 story with 2 AC units. The upstairs AC cannot keep rooms cool in the warmer months (i.e. AC runs almost continually but rooms stay at 80 in the heat of the day). Looking for pricing for cost effective solution (like radiant barrier or more insulation) to reduce the load on the AC unit.
